The week preceding the game, participants attend camp which on top of regular practices includes multiple fun activities.

July 16 10:00a.m. – Coaches and Managers report to camp at UNI Campus

July 17 1:00-2:00p.m. – Players report to camp, Lawther Hall at UNI Campus – please digitally embed UNI Campus map for reference

July 17 Practices begin; this evening a Shriners’ Children ambassador will come to speak about experience.

July 19 9:00a.m. – Cheerleaders report to camp, Lawther Hall at UNI Campus

July 19 7:00p.m. Movie Night on campus at Gallagar-Blue Dorn Theater

July 20 3:00-6:00p.m. Lost Island Water Park, followed by picnic dinner at Gateway Park hosted by El Kahir Shrine at 6:30p.m.

July 21 5:00-8:00p.m. Participant Hog Roast at Black Hawk County Rotary Reserve – please wear Iowa Shrine Bowl t-shirt and hat.

July 22 10:00a.m. Mini Kids Camp for Shriners’ Children and their parents/guardians, Iowa Shrine Bowl participants and Coaches at the UNI Dome. BBQ lunch sponsored by Fareway. Educational sessions for participants and coaches with Shriners’ Children ambassadors and staff from Shrine Minneapolis and Blank Hospitals.

July 22 6:15p.m. Honor Banquet – Hilton Garden Inn, Cedar Falls – Parents, family members, friends and sponsors are welcome to attend. Advance registration and ticket purchase is required. Meal price $30 each. Game participants are complimentary. Tickets will be available for online purchase until sold out.

July 23 9:30a.m. Iowa Shrine Bowl Parade – Main Street, Cedar Falls. Following parade participants gather at River Place Plaza for autographs and pep rally.

Participants should check out of Lawther Hall prior to game.

July 23 4:00p.m. Iowa Shrine Bowl Game – UNI Dome, Cedar Falls; Doors open at 2:00p.m.
