2012-Present Head Coach Cedar Rapids Jefferson

2010-2102 Kuemper Catholic Head Coach:  In 2011, for the first time in school history, had three players selected first team all-state.  2011 District Champions & State Quarter-Finalists.  Named 2011 District Coach of the Year. 2010 State-Qualifiers.  Record 18-4.

2008-2010 West Des Moines Valley Assistant Coach:  Class 4-A 2008 State Champions.  First 4-A team in Iowa high school history to finish the season 14-0.  Finished the season ranked in the top #40 in the country according to USA Today national newspaper rankings.

2005-2008 Spencer Assistant Coach:  In Webb's second year as an assistant coach for Spencer varsity, Spencer made the class 3-A playoffs for the first time in 11 years.  In 2007 the sophomore team finished 7-1.

2003-2005 St. Cloud State University Runningbacks/Punters:  Director of on-campus recruiting visits.  Coached and developed two-time Harlan Hill candidate (NCAA Division II Heisman equivalent) and All-American running back Matt Birkel, and All-Conference punter Scott Dirkes.  As a senior in 2005, Birkel become the school’s all-time leading rusher.  In 2003, Dirkes set a new school record for average yards per punt and the longest punt in school history.

2000-2003 Dike-New Hartford Assistant Coach:  Coached and developed the players who became the 2001 class 2-A State Runner-Up, the 2002 class 1-A State Runner-Up, the 2005 class 1-A State Semi-Finalist, and 2006 class 1-A State Quarter-Finalists.

1998-Cedar Falls Volunteer AssistantCoached and developed the players who became 1999 class 4-A State Runner-Up and 2000 State Quarter-Finalist.
